Otis was born February 20, 1942 in Columbia, LA and passed away August 3, 2019 following a brief illness. As a young man Otis married his beloved wife Judith Ann and fathered 3 boys. He was a man of God who served faithfully as Deacon at Sandy Bayou Baptist Church. He retired from Flint Ink after 39 years as shipping manager; the friendships he developed there held a special place in his heart. Otis was elected to the Caldwell Parish School Board for several terms. He spent many hours coaching his sons Dixie Baseball where he influenced many other young men. Otis loved hunting, fishing, and arguing with his boys. In recent years he enjoyed spending time tending his cattle and riding around the farm with his grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Richard Fincher and the NSICU Nurses at St. Francis Medical Center, for their compassion and care shown to the McKee family during this difficult time.

Memorials may be made to Sandy Bayou Baptist Church, 4803 Hwy 559, Columbia, LA 71418.
