Willis Hoadley

Service for Mr. Willis Lee Hoadley, age 60 of Olla, will be 2 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2009 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with Rev. Bobby Cruise officiating. Interment will follow at Olla Cemetery in Olla. Visitation will be 5 PM until 9 PM on Monday evening then again Tuesday morning from 9 AM until time of service. Mr. Hoadley was born in Shreveport on July 23, 1948 to the union of Cyrus Earl and Joyce Katherine Roberson Hoadley and passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Golden Age Nursing Center in Jena. He was a member of Standard Baptist Church in Olla. He worked as an oil field worker and served with the Navy in Vietnam. Survivors include his parents; Earl and Joyce Hoadley of Olla, two sisters; JoAnn McBride of Odessa, TX and Mary Stahl of Crawford, CO, brother; Gilbert Hoadley of Houston, TX, three sons; Christopher Hoadley of Georgetown, James Earl Hoadley of Jacksboro, TX and Thomas Ray Hoadley of Jacksboro, TX and nine grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Alex Winstead, Kenny Beale, Denver Finley, Mickey Hooter and James Earl Hoadley. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Reily and Homer Tolbert.
