William Fenton McDaniel

Funeral services for William Fenton McDaniel age 80 of Grayson will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday October 17, 2023 from the sanctuary of Pine Grove Apostolic Church with Rev. Heath Barnhill and Rev. Johnny Barnhill officiating. Interment will follow in The Pine Grove Cemetery with services under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. The Family will receive visitors at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Fenton was born on June 24, 1943 At Columbia, LA to the union of his parents, Ralph Fenton McDaniel and Dymple Monte Crowe.  He was preceded in death by his parents and by his daughter, Donna Woods; he also was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara Schumaker McDaniel. Fenton was a welder and was known for his excellence and performance and  most importantly his work ethic which was instilled in him at an early age. He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed greatly.

Left to cherish his lifetime of memories is his son, Ralph McDaniel (Melissa Dark McDaniel) of Columbia; his sister, Delores Meredith of Monroe ; and his beloved grandchildren, Colter Wade McDaniel, Ross William McDaniel (Emily), Johnette LeBaron (Bradley), and Krystle Wood (Todd); his great-grandchildren, Ross William McDaniel, Jr, Ranson Wade McDaniel, Rosalee Rayne LeBaron, Kristin Denise LeBaron, Micheal Drake LeBaron, Kaleb Eugene LeBaron, Kayden Hunter McDaniel, and Madlyn Pyper LeBaron.

Serving as pallbearers will be Rusty Cruse, Chris Tyler, Dennis Cruse, Brayden Tomlinson, Colter McDaniel and Ross McDaniel.
