Wilbur Tullos

Neal Tullos died January 12, 2011 at Haven Nursing Center at the age of 84. Visitation will be at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia on Thursday evening from 5 PM to 8 PM. Funeral will be held at 10 AM on Friday, January 14, 2010 at Riser Funeral Home with Don Davis officiating and interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA. Neal is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Bonnie Tullos; daughter, Tywanna Booth and husband, Ronnie; granddaughter, Amy Nolan; brothers: Leonard Elzy and Audrey "Ruff" Tullos; brother-in-law, Dub Jacobs and sister, Joyce Tullos. Survived by: wife, Marjorie Thompson Tullos; daughter, Delena McKeithen and husband, Denva; grandsons: Joe Booth and wife, Mandi and Matt Nolan; Brother, Aubrey "Brad" Tullos and wife, Pansy; sister, Erselle Jacobs; sister-in-law, Georgia Tullos; numerous nieces and nephews and his cat, Queenie. Pallbearers will be Denva McKeithen, Matt Nolan, Joe Booth, Howard Bailey, Kenny Thompson and Anna Tullos. Honorary pallbearers are members of his Sunday School Class and his friends, Truman and Dorene Poole. The family would like to thank Dr. Pankaj Shroff, Haven Nursing Home staff and Doctor's Hospice for the love and compassion shown to Neal.
