Warren Lucas Sikes

Warren Lucas “Luke” Sikes, age 40, was born January 19, 1981, to the union of his parents, John Wesley Sikes and Mary Lanell Currington Allbritton, and passed from this life January 11, 2022, at Glenwood Regional Hospital following a brief illness. Luke enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, playing games, watching tv, art, and being a tattoo artist. His favorite hobby was playing poker. He was the president of a poker club. Luke was preceded in death by his grandparents; his nephew, Johnathan Sikes; two aunts: Dorothy (Currington) Hudnall, and Viola (Currington) Hailey Jones; and uncle, Tommy Gerald Sikes.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mary Allbritton (Eugene); father, John Sikes; sons: Isaac Sikes, Douglas Sikes, and a step-son, Roy Dean Shook; his daughters: Victoria Sikes, Christon Sikes, Carry Sikes, and step-daughter, Genesis Clay; a brother, John Douglas (Bo) Sikes; sisters: Charlee Spratt, Kimberly Sharp, and his half-sister, Kathy Sikes Hite; his grandson Zaiden Sikes; a host of nieces and nephews; and his best friend and also his nephew, Dustin Spratt. Luke will be greatly missed.

The family would like to thank all the churches, family, and friends for their prayers for Luke.

A memorial service will be at Crossroads Baptist Church January 22, 2022 at 3:00 PM, 7025 Hwy 126 W Grayson, La 71435.
