Funeral services for Randy Douglas age 59 of Olla, will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, March 8, 2024 at Tullos First Baptist Church with Bro. Scott Smith officiating and interment following at Urania Cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral Home.Visitation will be held Thursday, at Tullos First Baptist Church from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
Tony Randall Douglas was born in Hodge, Louisiana on July 15, 1964 to the union of his parents, Jerry Douglas and Vonnie Cruse Douglas and passed from this life March 4, 2024 at his residence in Olla. Randy had a heart of gold and a remarkable love for the Lord. He was a pastor and loved preaching and spreading the word of God. Randy loved his family and was a dedicated husband, son, brother, and uncle. You could always find him at school events, ballgames or whatever his nieces and nephews had. Randy had a smile that would light up the world and he will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Douglas; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and grandparents. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lori Douglas of thirty-three years; his mother, Vonnie Douglas; his sister, Angie Borland (Buck); nieces and nephews: Briana Borland, Trey Borland, Laylah Coleman, Lawson Coleman, Harper Coleman, and Ryland Coleman.
Pallbearers include, Trey Borland, Johnny Fryer, Larry Powell, Waymon Clark, Chris Morrow, Joe Todd Cook, Lance Coleman, and Jeff Wyles.
