Timothy Robert Collins

Funeral services for Timothy Robert Collins, age 58, of Columbia will be held at 12:30PM, Sunday, January 10, 2021 from the sanctuary of Outreach Baptist Church in Columbia with Rev. C.R. Martin and Rev. Shane Duke officiating. Interment will follow in the Liberty Baptist Cemetery at Hale, LA. Services are under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 12:30 PM. Timothy Robert Collins was born on September 18, 1962 at Winnsboro, LA to the union of his parents, Truitt Robert Collins and Alice Lorene Stringer Collins and passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Carpenter House in Shreveport, following an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters: Linda Hollingworth (Larry), Shelia Black (Greg) and Brenda Collins; his nephews and nieces: Ricky Campbell, Jr. (Sara), Dana Guerrero (Ernest), Danielle Black, Tara Black, Cindy Bean (Billy) and Lisa James (Joel); great nephews and nieces: Michael Black (Alli); Macie Black (Gabe McClanahan), Coty Guerrero, Emma Lynn Corley, Zoey, Alexis and Jock Campbell, Addalynn Pace, Elizabeth Carson, Anna Nolan (Dylan) Michael James (Lindsey), and Joel Wayne James; and great-great-nephew, Kai Nolan. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Black, Ricky Campbell, Jr., Mark Corley, Dylan Dannehl, Coty Guerrero, Ernest Guerrero, Clint May and Gabe McClanahan. Honorary pallbearers include Greg Black, Algia May and Jake Sanders.
