Thomas Chadwick Putnam

Thomas Chadwick Putnam age 58 of Columbia and formerly of Urania was born on July 9, 1965 at Jackson, Mississippi to the union of his parents, Jimmy Dale Putnam and Dorothy Jean Whittington, and he passed from this life on October 16, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness.

Thomas Chadwick loved all types of music as it brought him much happiness and joy, in a very frustrating world that he had, had to adjust to with his illness. He was loved by all who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory and celebrate his life is his mother, Dorothy Jean Daniels of Raleigh, Mississippi; two sisters, Dorothy Diane Luther of Brookhaven, Mississippi and Nancy Kay Woodward (Robert) of Urania; and his nieces and nephews, Robbie Woodward, Mark Jones, Eric Woodward, Stacy Jones and Travis Woodward; and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM to 2:00PM Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Pinehill Baptist Church in Olla, LA, with a Memorial Service starting at 2:00.
