Teresa Marie Owens

Funeral services for Teresa Marie Lee Owens, age 56 of Trout, LA, will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 22, 2025, from the Olla chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home. The Owens Family will receive visitors beginning at 12:30 PM until time of service.

Teresa was born on July 2, 1968, at Alexandria, LA to the union of her parents, Roger Williams and Judy Dearmon. She passed from this life on March 19, 2025, at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center in Alexandria, following an extended illness. Teresa loved creating art. Her artistic inspirations were not just limited to canvas. She also loved her grandbabies and children with all her heart. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Dearmon; uncle, Elton Dearmon; her aunt, Joann Kenney; and her grandparents, Rev. Elton D. Dearmon and Annie Mae Dearmon.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Michael Owens; father, Roger Williams (Rosemary); three daughters: Tabetha Lee of Trout, Samantha Lee of DeVille, and Felicia Lee of Jena; two brothers, John Williams and David Williams; and her precious grandchildren: Skylar, Aiden, Aurora, Amber, Silas, Soren, and Derek.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Riser & Son Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
