Sharon Sue McGuffee Isonhood

Funeral services for Sharon Sue McGuffee Isonhood, age 75, will be held at 10 AM Saturday, August 27, 2016 from the sanctuary of New Ouachita Baptist Church in Enterprise, LA with Brother James King and Brother Craig James officiating. Graveside services will follow at Rosefield Cemetery in Rosefield, LA under the direction of Riser Funeral Home, Columbia, LA. Visitation will be Friday, August, 26, 2016 at New Ouachita Baptist Church, Enterprise, LA from 4 PM to 8 PM. Sharon was born on July 4, 1941 in Enterprise, LA to the union of Ancel and Ruby McGuffee and went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at home in Enterprise after a strong fought battle with cancer. Sharon was a loving wife to Earl Isonhood for 54 ½ years. They were married on January 25, 1962. Although God did not bless Sharon with children, he used her to bless many children from California to Louisiana and she loved each and every one of them. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Ancel and Ruby McGuffee and her brother, Darryl McGuffee. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Earl of Enterprise, LA; her sister, Rita McGuffee Andrews and husband, Max of Jena, LA; brother, Cary McGuffee and wife, Krista of Enterprise, LA and many nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
