Seal Junior Hefner

Funeral services for Seal Junior Hefner, age 68 of Columbia, will be held at 2 PM Monday, February 11, 2013 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Pastor Maxwell Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in West Monroe, LA. Mr. Hefner was born on September 7, 1944 in Blue Mountain, MS to the union of John Ira Seal Hefner and Julia Jumper Hefner and passed from this life on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at his residence. He enjoyed visiting with and talking to people. He was a mechanic that owned his own parts and car yard. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Henry Hefner and Sammy Hefner. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Beth Hefner; son, Royce L. Hefner and wife, Carolyn; grandsons: Dillon Hefner and Derek Hefner; sisters: Jean Branch and husband, Bobby, Joyce Cassels and husband, Harry, Teresa Oliveaux and husband, Jr.; brother, Terry Hefner and wife, Teresa; sisters and brothers-in-law: Ginger Roberts and husband, Tommy, Darline Vick and husband, Cliff; brother and sister-in-law, Bert Dison and wife, Vicki; special young friends: Madison Dugger and Reagan Dugger and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be Bubba Hefner, Michael Dugger, Cecil Kelly, James Cook, Ethan Dulaney, Glenn Hefner and Brandon Love. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Allen and Tommy Bergeron.
