Funeral services for Ruby Lee Peppers Jackson, age 60, of Olla will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 7, 2012 at Christ Temple Pentecostal Church in Jena with Bro. Dan McClure and Bro. Ricky Nugent officiating. Interment will follow at Olla Cemetery. Visitation will by Sunday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the church. Ruby was born June 24, 1951 to Aubrey and Daisy Welch Peppers in Winnsboro and she passed from this on May 4, 2012 at Hardtner Medical Center in Urania. She was a member of Christ Temple Pentecostal Church in Jena. She was a devoted and loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Raymond Peppers and Ralph Peppers. Survivors include one daughter: Rhonda Windham of Olla; one son: Chad Jackson and his wife Nikki of Olla; four brothers: Sherman Peppers of Olla; Glen Peppers and his wife Brenda of Summerville; Keith Peppers and his wife Chasity of Fort Worth, TX; Kim Peppers of Longview, TX; three sisters: Sheran Humphries and her husband George of Olla; Dorothy George and her husband Gayland of Hooterville; Renee Thomas and her husband Mike of Olla; five grandchildren: Kristen Windham, Matt Windham, Michaela Windham, Cody Jackson, and Corey Jackson. Pallbearers will be Clif Henry, Ian Looper, Ryan George, Steven Williams, Tony Westbrooks, and Billy Peppers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jason Peppers and Nathan Peppers.
