Ronnie Gayle Simons

Ronnie Gayle Simons 79 years old of Tullos,Louisiana went to her Heavenly home July 12, 2020. A private graveside will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery on Tuesday. She put up a courageous 10 year battle against Alzheimer’s. Ronnie Gayle was born in Bastrop, Louisiana to the union of her parents John Henry and Vera Mckoin. Those preceding her in death include her parents, two brothers John Howard McKoin and Bill Kelly McKoin, and a son in law Douglas Murphrey. Left to cherish her memory a Special Loved one of 25 years Mr. Bill Coon. Son Keith Cherry (Marty), Daughters Rhonda Kay Thompson, Tina Murphrey Tullos(Paul), Lynda Gayle Cherry, A brother Ronald McKoin,Sisters Mary Jean Cheeks, Linda Kane (Danny), Leslie Greene (Mike). Grandchildren; Heather, Tommy, Angela, Dougie, Damon, Jerilynne, Casey, Amber, Brandy, Cody and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Mamaw Ronnie Gayle will forever be remembered for her Love & Loyalty to her Family. Giving so much of herself to make sure her family was taken care of. We will miss our beautiful, classy, feisty little momma & mamaw. This is not Goodbye Little Momma we will see you soon.
