Robert Eugene Kelly

Robert Eugene “Robby” Kelly was born June 10, 1986 at West Monroe, LA to the union of his parents, Robert Kelly and Eugenia Crawford Kelly, and he passed away on November 22, 2020 at his home in Monroe, LA. To know Robby was to love him. His humor and smile was contagious. He loved to study and learn about history. Robby had a strong faith and he truly loved the Lord. Even though we know he is with Jesus, he will be truly missed by all who loved him. Robby was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Kelly; his paternal grandparents: Johnie L. Kelly and Mattie L. Meredith Kelly; maternal grandparents: Eldon E. “Shorty” Crawford and Joyce E. Crawford, and great-niece, Ava Elizabeth Clark. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Eugenia “Geanie” Kelly; sister, Pamela Barnes (Kenneth); brother, DeWayne Kelly (Brandi); twin brother, Randall “Randy” Kelly (Brianna); niece, Amy Barnes Clark (Bill); nephew, Ethan Kelly; and great-nephews: Owen, Warren and Dalten Clark. He is also survived by his uncles, George “Randy” Crawford (Paula) and Everette Paul Crawford; a host of cousins and extended family, as well as, many precious friends. The family will hold a memorial service at a later time. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Riser Funeral Home to help defray final expenses.
