A memorial service for Peggy Nell Smith age 75 of Olla will be 1:00 pm Friday April 11, 2014 from the Olla chapel of Riser Funeral Home with Chaplain Clyde Grammon officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from noon until time of service at the funeral home in Olla. Born Peggy Nell McDuff on September 19, 1938 at Bevins, Texas, to the union of her parents the late Virgil Taylor McDuff and Bernice Wall McDuff ; she passed from this life on April 8, 2014 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Olla. Survivors include: her husband: L.C. Smith, Jr. of Olla; two sons: Paul Smith of Olla and Ken Smith of Spokane, WA; one daughter: Terry Smith of Austin, TX; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
