Patricia McNemar

Funeral services for Patricia Ann McNemar age 86 of Grayson,LA will be held 11am Monday Feb. 7, 2011 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with the Rev. Michael Whitman officiating. Interment will follow in the Little Star Cemetery at Kelly. Visitation will be on Sunday evening from 4 to 9pm at the funeral home and on Monday from 8am until time of service. Patricia Ann McNemar was born on Feb. 12, 1924 in Arkansas to the union of her parents Edward John and Madie Kimbro. She passed from this life on Saturday Feb. 5, 2011 at the Haven Nursing Center in Columbia. She was preceded in death by her husband Julius McNemar, her parents; two sons: Robbie McNemar and Al McNemar and by a grand daughter: Jessica McNemar. Survivors include: Her daughter: Mel Bratton and husband Larry of Grayson. Her sister: Betty Minchew of Sherman, Texas. Her special niece: Joyce Taylor of Greenville, MS; and two special friends: Velda Hymes and Kateal Wyatt. She also leaves seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Pallbearers include: Paul Bratton, Blaine Kolb, Eric Benson, Steven McNemar, Mitch Bratton, and Bryan Santos.
