Michelle Lynn Carr

Michelle Lynn Carr was born August 9, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland to her parents Joyce Szmanski and Ray Carr. Michelle passed from this life November 29, 2023 at her residence. Michelle was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many. During her life, Michelle spent 17 years as a CNA taking pride in caring for others. Michelle was a die-hard Chicago Bears fan. Michelle enjoyed cruising the roads in her Fords listening to 70 and 80’s hits. Michelle was a collector of dragon and elephant knick knacks. Michelle was an animal lover and loved her exotic pets such as her tarantula and snakes. Michelle had a green thumb and loved her plants. Michelle’s most prized possession was her grandchildren.  

Michelle is proceeded in death by her mother, Joyce Szmanski. Those left to cherish Michelle’s memory are her father, Ray Carr (Cori) , three children, Felicia Blackmon, Meagan Flores (Chance), Charles (CJ) Pinkett, and grandchildren, Dayton Pugh, Jayce Flores, Jaxon Blake, Autumn Flores, Zoe Berry, Maverick Flores, and Camrynn Berry. 

The family has lovingly chosen cremation and plan to bury her ashes beside her mother in Maryland. In lieu of flowers, we would greatly appreciate any donations to be made to Riser Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
