Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Frances Dortch Sanders, age 67 of Calhoun, will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, March 16, 2010 from the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Harrell "Bubba" Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Fellowship Cemetery, west of Columbia. Visitation will be Monday evening at the funeral home from 6 PM to 9 PM. Mrs. Sanders was born in Petrolia, TX on September 29, 1942 to the union of Jack Dean and Etta Mae Wise Dortch and went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at her residence. She was a member of Souls Harbor Pentecostal Church in Calhoun. She was preceded in death by her father, son; Dean Sanders, daughter; Mary Ellen Thoms, great-grandson; Tristen Fletcher, brother-in-law; Jimmy Lee West and nephew; T.B. West. Survivors include her mother; Etta Mae Dortch of Columbia, two daughters: Julia Marie Lutrick and husband, Barry of West Monroe and Caryn Parham and husband, Michael of Calhoun, two brothers: Jack Eugene Dortch and wife, Mona of Grayson and Raymond Dortch and wife, Donna of Clarks, two sisters: Barbara West of Grayson and Edith Neely and husband, Harald of Port Gibson, MS, eleven grandchildren: Ronnie Fletcher, Clinton Fletcher and wife, Jenni, Vincent Fletcher, Jessica Bamburg and husband, Marshall, Justin Fletcher and wife, Nicki, Joshua Dean Richardson, Jamie Sadler and husband, Daniel, Joana Wainwright and husband, Jody, Bradley Watson, Benjamin Thoms and Robin Mobley, nine great-grandchildren with two who called her "GeGe": Hunter Dean Sadler and Alaina Nichole Sadler with three more great-grandchildren expected this year and two special friends: Jessie Algers and Judy Mann. Pallbearers will be Daniel Sadler, Bradley Watson, Lloyd Reeves, Logan Dortch, Barry Lutrick and Bobbie Lee West. Honorary pallbearers will be Benjamin Thoms, Ronnie Fletcher, Clinton Fletcher, Vincent Fletcher, Justin Fletcher, and Joshua Dean Richardson.
