Funeral services for Mrs. Martha Parker Cox Schulz, age 86 of Houston, TX formerly of Olla, LA, will be 1PM Monday, May 25, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Olla in Olla with Bro. Milton Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Olla Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday at church from noon until time of service. Mrs. Schulz was born August 25, 1922 in Trout to the union of William "Kelly" and Lizzie Parker and passed from this life on Friday, May 22, 2009 in Houston, TX. Martha was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and a friend to all. She is gone from our world to a better place and will never be forgotten as her mark on this earth is everlasting. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband; Carl C. Cox, second husband; Rudolph H. Schulz and daughter; Jeanette Cox Moore. All were loved and never forgotten in their deaths. Survivors include her brother; Joe Parker and wife, Nelda of Baton Rouge, sister; Myrtis Paul and husband, Calvin of Deville, three granddaughters: Tammy Moore-Chanprasert and husband, Chaiyo, Donna Moore-Pakebusch and husband, Steven and Teresa Moore-Westbrook and husband, Robert all of Houston, two great-granddaughters: Amanda Chanprasert-Brinkmeyer and husband, Mark and Brittany Moore both of Houston. Pallbearers will be Chaiyo Chanprasert, Steven Pakebusch, Robert Westbrook and Mark Brinkmeyer.
