Laura Tucker

Funeral services for Laura Presnall Tucker, age 55 of Rosefield, will be held at 11 AM on Friday, June 24, 2011 from the sanctuary of Rosefield Baptist Church with Bro. Bubba Tucker and Bro. Pete McCarty officiating. Interment will follow at Rosefield Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday evening June 23, 2011 at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia from 5 PM to 8 PM. The Heavens opened up and wept tears of joy on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 as they received their new angel, Laura into their arms. She was born on August 2, 1955 in Ukiah, CA to the union of Everet Presnall and Estelle Stapleton Presnall Allen. She was welcomed at the pearly gates by her son; Caleb Allen Tucker, father; Everet Presnall, step-father; Leonard Allen and sister; Melissa Allen. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; Bubba Tucker of Rosefield, son; Zeb Tucker and wife, Holly of Columbia, mother; Estelle Allen of Columbia, two sisters: Monica Gentry and husband, Gary of Columbia and Lea Ann Allen of Bossier, sisters and brothers-in-law; Lisa Jacks and husband, Jeff of Columbia, Gary Tucker and wife, Sandy of Columbia and Kevin Tucker of Dallas, TX, special loved child; Andrew Wonder, special friends; Donna Benson, Charlotte Aarons, Mary Ann Freeman and T-Bob Cassels and her Rosefield Baptist Church family. Pallbearers will be Zeb Tucker, Robert Miniard, Brandon Tingle, Jesse Jacks, Jacob Gentry, Jeff Tucker, Josh Adkins and Brian Fatheree. In lieu of flowers any memorials may be made in memory of Laura and/or Caleb Tucker to Rosefield Baptist Church, 13371 HWY 126, Olla, LA 71465.
