Funeral services for Herman Lee Wyles, Jr., age 67 of Grayson, LA will be held on December 19, 2012 at 2 PM, in the chapel of Riser Funeral Home, Columbia, LA with Revs. C.R. Martin, Greg Black and Shane Duke officiating. Burial will be in the Columbia Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday evening and again Wednesday afternoon from 12 PM until time of service. Any planned memorials may be made in Herman's honor to either the Outreach Baptist Church Building Fund, PO Box 153, Clarks, LA 71415 or Columbia Hill Cemetery, PO Box 1701, Columbia, LA 71418. Herman was born March 11, 1945 and went to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 16, 2012 after a very long illness. Herman was retired from Pineville Kraft Paper Company. He was a member of Outreach Baptist Church in Clarks, LA. Herman was preceded in death by his parents: Herman Lee and Vela Loyd Wyles, his brother, Jerry Dale Wyles and his sister, Vernelle DeVille. He is survived by his wife of 48½ years, Flo Cassels Wyles, his children: Kevin & Beverly Wyles of Columbia, John & Lori Wyles of Columbia and Jeffery & Elecia Wyles of Urania. His grandchildren: Christopher & Claire Wyles, Lillie & Kyle Rogers, Blake & Niki Wyles, Allison Wyles, Chase Wyles, Tyler Wyles and Scot Wyles. His great-grandchildren: Cameron Wyles, Alivia Wyles, Jude Wyles and Kyla Rogers. Herman is also survived by his sisters: Pauline Harrelson, Velma Wyles both of Columbia and Yvonne West of Monroe and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Rusty Whitten, Sloan Wyles, Mike Norris, Terry Head, David Harrelson, Hershel Volentine, Richard DeVille and Brian Hall. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Bailes, Stanley Smith, Ken Watson, Frank Sheppard, Don Burns, Ned Ryan and Lanny Dark.
