Jessie R. Mitchell "Hammerhead"

Jessie R. Mitchell "Hammerhead", age 56 of Columbia, was born on August 8, 1959 to the union of Jessie and Loraine Mitchell in Baton Rouge and he passed from this life on October 28, 2015 at his residence in Columbia. He was a log truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother: Gary Dale Mitchell. He is survived by his wife: India Duchesne Mitchell; two daughters: Roxanne Marie Mitchell Thompson and her husband Jason Thompson; Indi Lane Duchesne and Jarrit Dane Harrell; adopted son: Bruce Scarbrough; grandchildren: Cheyenne, Chase, Lane, Nathan, Jessie Mena, Sloan, and Jasper. There will be no memorial service.
