Visitation for Jeremy Lance Pickering, age 42 of Choudrant, will be Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 4 PM to 7 PM at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia, LA.
Mr. Pickering was born on September 14, 1971 in Bastrop, LA and passed from this life on March 20, 2014 in Manhiem, PA.
Jeremy was a pipeline inspector with CSD and Sunoco Pipeline and had previously worked with other pipeline companies. He was a certified diesel mechanic and held his CDL's. He enjoyed being outdoors to hunt and fish. Jeremy enjoyed car races and built his own racing truck from the ground up. He was his wife's hero and a loving husband, father and friend.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers: Thurston Adcock and Hershel Pickering and sister-in-law, Carroll Pickering.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, LT Bostick Pickering of Choudrant; two sons: Andrew Pickering of Choudrant and Jeremy Lance Gray of Bastrop; two daughters: Jaislee Pickering and Kalyn Red both of Choudrant; father, James Pickering, Sr. and wife, Jerri of Emory, TX; mother, Davina Baggett and husband, Charles of Winsboro, TX; two brothers: James Pickering, Jr. of Dallas, TX and Kelly Pickering and wife, Marisa of Bastrop; sister, Rachel Pickering of Emory, TX; grandmothers, Carmen Pickering and Reda Bamberger; father and mother-in-law, Bardell and Rhonda Bostick of Lebanon, TN; sister-in-law, Dee Bostick of Sterlington and numerous nieces and nephews.
