Jeffery Ray Medley

Jeffery Ray Medley, age 59, of Grayson was born on July 13, 1964 at Shreveport, Louisiana to the union of his parents, Al Medley and Joan Lovett Medley, and he passed from this life on February  4, 2024 at his residence following a sudden illness. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Jeffrey was employed by Kayes Food Markets as a Meat Market Manager until his retirement.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and a dog Dad to his beloved Zeus. He was also an avid hunter and  fisherman and served as President of B & J Hunting Club in Grayson.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Teri Windham Medley; his sons, William Alex Chaplin (Terri) and Otis Gibson, two daughters, Brittney Nicole Medley Perez (Jason),  and Scarlet Victoria Chaplin Tomson (Josh);  his grandchildren, Jace King, Malcolm Chaplin, Wyatt Tomson, Pheonix Tomson, Jackson Chaplin, Payton Perez and Jay Leigh Perez.

Memorial services will be Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 914 Hillman Rd Grayson La, 71435 @ 12:00.
