Floy Elizabeth Stough Greene

Floy Elizabeth Stough Greene was born in Camden, Arkansas on January 31, 1930. She passed from this life on December 2, 2024, at the Haven Nursing Center in Columbia, Louisiana, where she had been a resident for the past twelve years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hodges Greene; her parents Herman Floyd Stough and Lillian Elizabeth (Lindsey) Stough; and a brother, Billy Wade Stough.

  The Stough family moved to Olla, Louisiana in 1942, and Floy was a 1948 graduate of Olla-Standard High School. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at the Urania Hospital, as well as the Hardtner Medical Center in Olla, Louisiana.

  Floy will be buried next to her husband at the Colfax Cemetery, Colfax, Louisiana, with the date and time yet to be determined. She was a member of the Olla Methodist Church.
