Services for Mrs. Eva Mc Clary Justice, age 89 of Grayson will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 15,2009 at Cross Roads Baptist Church west of Grayson with Bro. Tommy Nelson and Bro. Ken Renfrow officiating. Interment will follow in the Cross Roads Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia and Monday from 10 a.m. until time of services at Cross Roads Baptist Church, Hwy 126 West, Grayson. Mrs. Justice was born on June 16, 1919 at Grayson, La. one of thirteen siblings born to the union of her parents, the late David H. McClary and Ollie Mae Batson McClary. She passed from this life on June 12,2009 at her residence following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband L.C. Justice back in November and by her sisters Idell McClary, Estelle Parker, Ethel Ferrand, Camilla Rushing, Georgia Lee, Una Mae Dunn .and by an infant baby sister. Also preceding her were her brothers, Morris McClary, Elvin McClary, W.D. McClary, Clyde McClary, and Willie McClary.Mrs. Eva was a devoted charter member of the Clarks united Pentecostal Church. She and her late husband of 74 years L.C. "Commodore" Justice founded a sand and gravel company in the late 1930's. They later began Justice Wrecker Service and Used Parts in Grayson,La. She was extremely devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She exemplified the life of a Christian mother, wife , and friend to all who knew her. Survivors include her children: Gene "Buster' Justice and his wife: Sue of Houston, TX, Rosie Brymer of Houston, TX, Linda Temple and husband: Billy of Columbia, Ted Justice and wife: Korky of West Monroe and Lawrence Justice, Jr. of Shreveport, her grandchildren: Mike Justice and wife: Debbie of Dayton, TX, Tim Justice of Houston, TX, Kim Callender of Olla and Brent McEacharn of West Monroe, her great-grandchildren: Elizabeth McEacharn of Monroe, Josh Crawford and Chris Crawford both of Olla ad Layne Justice of Dayton, TX and many special friends and family. Pallbearers will be nephews: Eugene Dunn, Carl Dunn, Arnold Parker, Waymon McClary, Russell McClary, Buddy Ferrand and Glenn Lee.
