Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth "Liz" Willhite, 59, of Grayson, LA will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2013 at Riser & Son Funeral Home, HWY 165 Olla, LA with Bro. Bo Prather officiating. Interment will be at Fort Necessity Baptist Church Cemetery, Fort Necessity, LA. Liz was born February 3, 1954 and passed away on March 19, 2013. She was a graduate of ULM School of Nursing and worked at Fresenius North Dialysis Unit. She loved and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids and loved to go fishing with her husband. She is preceded in death by her father, Manny Brown and father-in-law, Charlie Willhite. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Willhite, Grayson, LA; sons: Craig Meredith & fiance, Amy Russell, West Monroe, LA, Chad Meredith & wife, Christy, Grayson, LA, Brad Meredith & wife, Savannah, Grayson, LA; daughters: Vickie Crawford & husband, Joey, Grayson, LA, Kendra Willhite & husband, Keith, Goldonna, LA, Heather Czudek & husband, Michael, DeRidder, LA, Sarah Willhite, Hebert, LA; mother, Selma Scott & husband, David, Olla, LA; mother-in-law, Mary Willhite Ferguson & husband, Willis, Columbia, LA; brothers: Mike Brown & wife, Kathy, Travis Brown & son, Kolby, Olla, LA; sister, Patricia L. Davis & son, Jake & daughters: Paytience & Stevie, Trout, LA; grandchildren: Becca, Tiffany & Michael Meredith, Emma & Brooke Meredith, Maggie Mae Meredith, Trey Burnette, Ashley Odom & Tori Stewart and Blake Czudek and numerous nieces and nephews & friends. Pallbearers will be: Elvis Phillips, Shane Thornton, Jacob Greer, Dustin Wyant, Daniel Rentz, Jay Watson, Jr. & James Messer. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Riser Funeral Home, HWY 165, Olla, LA. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's or the American Cancer Society.
