Funeral services for Cody Dewayne Green, age 34 of Clarks will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 26, 2016 from the sanctuary of Morning Star Baptist Church at Clarks. Rev. Arthur Hamilton will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in the Morning Star Cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Cody Dewayne Green was born on May 15, 1982 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on Friday November 18 at the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria following a brief illness. Cody was preceded in death by his father, Henry “Skeet” Green SR. Left to cherish his memory is his adoptive mother, Mary Lee Green and his birth mother, Lillie Williams both of Clarks; his girlfriend, Tanya Smith of Clarks; his son, Alvin Ray Andrews of Clarks; his brothers: Christopher Green and wife, Danielle of Clarks and Ashley Green of Atlanta, Georgia; his sisters: Latrice Green of Atlanta, GA, Jessica Green and Tiffany Green, both of Clarks, LA.
