Charles Bradley Passman, 51, died in his sleep, early in the morning of March 7, 2013 in Lafayette, Louisiana. Burial will be at 10:00am Sunday March 10,2013 at the Girlinghouse Hills Memorial Cemetery in Harrisonburg, LA. Visitation will be at 3:00 pm followed by a memorial service at 4:00 pm at The First Presbyterian Church in Natchez, MS. He was born November 21,1961 in Shreveport, Louisana to Dr. John Carl Passman, jr. and Mary Frances Girlinghouse Passman. He was welcomed as the baby brother to siblings Carlane, Paul Gavin, and Carl Fredrick. Brad moved in 1964 with his family to Natchez, the town he loved and called home. He graduated from South Natchez High School in 1979. He attended the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and the University of Louisiana at Monroe. At the time of his death, he was employed by Tubular Solutions, Inc as a Technical Services Supervisor. He was blessed with many friends and loved ones, was a great adventurer, great storyteller, great entertainer, and loved life to its fullest. Brad became a father in 2001 to Colby Joseph, who was and is the pride of his life and the apple of his eye. He enjoyed many activites with Colby including biking, camping, and music. He participated in creating the beautiful area on his mother's property which became her "Green" Cemetery, the Girlinghouse Memorial Park in Harrisonburg, Louisiana, where he will be laid to rest on Sunday morning. He is survived by his son, his mother and father, his brothers and sister, his stepmother, Marcia, and nephews Eliot and Alton Passman and nieces Samantha and Sydney Passman. Pallbearers will be Colby Passman, Kevin Carlock, Lawrence O'Ferrall, Toby Benshoff, Stan Renick, Harry Byrne, and Alan Chester. Arrangements are under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.
