Funeral services for Charles Edwin “BoBo” Jones, age 65 of Grayson, LA, will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 20, 2021, from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Prince officiating. In accordance with “BoBo's” wishes, cremation will follow the funeral service on Thursday. Charles Edwin Jones was born on December 1, 1955 at Monroe, LA to the union of his parents, John Gertman Jones and Shirley Olevia Meredith. BoBo worked in the logging woods most of his life driving a skidder. He loved spending time with his family. He spent a great deal of time outdoors - hunting, fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John David Jones.

BoBo leaves behind to celebrate his life, his wife of forty-five years, Brenda Jones of Grayson; three sons: Kelly Lloyd (Sonya), Peanut Jones and Goob Jones; two daughters: Angela Zander (Chris) and Melissa Banes (J C); five brothers: Gary Jones (Brenda), Billy Jones (Sarah), Tony Jones, Bobby Jones, and Jeff Moody; four sisters: Betty Baum (Eddie), Donna Kirby (Johnny), Barbara Anding (William), and Janice Lawson; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
