Funeral services for Cedric L. Haynes age 48 of Columbia will be held 11:00 am Wednesday July 1, 2015 from the sanctuary of Brownville Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Nelson, Rev. Robert Sheridan, and Rev. Brian Moran officiating. Interment will follow in the Brownville Cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be on Tuesday at Riser Funeral Home from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm then Wednesday at the church from 9:00 am until time of service.

Cedric Ledrew Haynes was born on April 28, 1967 in Monroe, Louisiana at E.A. Coway Hospital. He was the 3rd child of twins to Octavia Haynes.
Cedric accepted Christ at an early age, being baptized by the late Reverand Ray Hill and becoming a member of the Brownville Baptist Church.
He graduated from Caldwell Parish High School in 1985. He participated in several sports while attending school. He was a hard worker and worked at many different occupations.
