Bobby Lynn Allbritton

Funeral Services for Bobby Lynn Allbritton will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, December 5, 2022, at Olla First Baptist Church, with Bro. Woody Rimes officiating. Interment will follow at New Union Cemetery in Tullos, LA under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home, Olla. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, December 4, 2022, also at the church.

Bobby Lynn Allbritton, age 82, was born January 7, 1940, in Olla, LA to the union of his parents, Dewey Allbritton and Thelma Wright Allbritton, and he passed from this life November 30, 2022, at Medical City Hospital in Fort Worth, TX. Bob was a loving husband who always worked hard. Bob played football and graduated from LaSalle High School. He served in the National Guard. Bob was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing, gardening, and watching westerns. Bob retired from Louisiana Power & Light Company (LP&L) and then started building houses. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Melba Morrow; and his brothers: Pete, Kenneth, and Elvin Allbritton.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of over sixty-years, Carolyn Dunn Allbritton; his niece, Ashtin Bradford (Austin) and their children: Eden and Emmy Bradford, as well as a host of other family members.

Pallbearers include Austin Bradford, Craig George, Eric Dunn, Mark Dunn, Al Spence, and Walter Allbritton. Honorary pallbearers are Larry Morrow, Bobby McCartney, Jack Womack, Shawn Keogh, Clifton Tarver, Lee Breithaupt, and William Moody.
