Barbara Nell Shumaker McDaniel, (Sis. Pat) age 65, of Kelly, LA went home to live with her LORD on Saturday, January 1, 2011, at her residence. She was born on October 17, 1945 in Clarks, LA. Her parents were Gregory and Dixie Shumaker. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, William Fenton McDaniel, Daughter, Donna Wood and husband, Harold, of Angola, LA, and son Ralph McDaniel and wife, Melissa, of Columbia, LA. Grandchildren, Crystal Knick-Wood and husband, Todd of Jena; Colter McDaniel of Monroe; Ross McDaniel and wife, Emily, of Winnfield; and Johnette LeBaron and husband, Bradley of Winnfield. Great Grandchildren Ross McDaniel, Jr.; and Kristin and Drake LeBaron. Sisters, Connie Allen of Bedford, Indiana; Sheila Coates of Grayson; Dorcas Tolbert of Sikes, and sister-in-law Delores Meredith of Monroe. Special friend Bonnie Stamper of Olla, a host of nieces and nephews, and her Pine Grove Apostolic Church family. Visitation will be at Pine Grove Apostolic Church, Kelly, beginning Monday at 5:00 PM until the time of the Homegoing Service on Tuesday, January 4, at 2:00 PM with Bro. Johnny Barnhill and Bro. Heath Barnhill officiating. Interment will be at the church cemetery. Services are under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia, LA. Pallbearers will be Colter McDaniel, Ross McDaniel, Bradley LeBaron, Rusty Cruse, Cleston Tomlinson, and Chris Tyler. Honorary Pallbearers will be the men of Pine Grove Apostolic Church.
