Armon Glasco

Funeral services for Armon Glasco age 87 of Monroe,La. will be held 1 PM Tuesday December 16, 2008 from the Bethany Baptist Church at Hebert with the Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethany Cemetery with services under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. The Glasco Family will receive visitors on Monday Dec.15, 2008 at the Bethany Baptist Church from 4:30 to 9:30PM. Mr. Glasco was preceded in death by his daughter Jacqueline Sepe and by thirteen siblings. He was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include-His wife Mrs. Mary Glasco of Monroe. Two sons- Patrick Glasco and wife Angela of Alto,La. and Michael Glasco of Sioux City, Iowa. Three Daughters- Gloria Newsom and husband Gene of West Monroe, Wanda White and husband Rod of Lake Elsinore,CA; Carolyn Koppe and husband Mark of Palm Beach,CA. Two stepsons-Bobby Crain of Monroe and Billy Crain and wife Karen of Swartz. Four step daughters-Cindy Boyer and husband Randy of Monroe, Carol Oliveaux and husband Clint of Columbia, Kathy Teston and husband Freddie of Monroe, and Sandra Durbyn and husband Austin of Monroe. One sister-Mrs. Lena Whittington of Monroe and twenty eight grand children and one great grandchild and one great great grand child.
